Routines at home help, too

Children thrive when they know what to expect. Consistent routines at home help them feel secure, build independence, and arrive ready to learn. A few simple things that make a real difference:

A consistent bedtime and wake-up time
Predictable morning and evening routines
Advance notice before transitions
Visual schedules or pictures of the day
Letting children help with simple daily tasks
Structure that is predictable, not rigid
